A photo booth to draw attention to the shocking numbers of domestic violence in Germany – 1 in 4 women are victims. Using OpenFace facial recognition software we created an algorithm that was fed with 1000 photos so it could learn to identify women’s faces and apply bruises to one of the photos.
I chiefly developed algorithms and user interfaces, and provided technical assistance during the video shoot.
